I think the biggest testament to how good reflexology is, is that I have been going once a month, every month, for over 15 years. Not only that but I travel from Liverpool to Cheshire Natural Health in Warrington, because the reflexology here is 2nd to none. Tracey is at the top of her game, & continues to study the therapy so that her knowledge is vast. I have never left without a smile on my face & a deep sense of calm. Reflexology is a brilliant therapy which helps tackle any of your issues, both physical & emotional. At the start of each treatment we have a chat about how I’m doing, & Tracey then tailors the session based on any issues I highlight. The room is so cosy with meditation type music playing, & that hour is one of my favourite each month. If you’ve never tried reflexology please give it a go. It’s fantastic. You won’t be disappointed. I have recently been asked to write another review, so in addition to everything I’ve already said above, here’s another positive! I’ve had an incessant ache in my shoulder & neck for the past few months, & have visited a realignment specialist who I expected would fix it. 4 visits later & I had no relief at all. At my next reflexology appointment I told Tracy about this, & when I told her the pain was on the left hand side she told me she had had several clients complain of the same issue during their menopause, & the cause was down to reduced hormones. I came home & researched some more, & she was right!! That is exactly the cause of my pain! To just have a diagnosis was such a weight lifted, plus of course Tracy had worked on the parts of my foot relating to this so the pain was seriously reduced anyway. Now i know the issue I am able to fix it myself, basically with natural HRT fixes. So this is another reason why I’ll never stop going to my monthly reflex. Tracy is better than a GP in my humble opinion!!!

I have never had eft before and after my experience with Tracey, I felt so relaxed afterwards as all my anxiety was lifted.it is an amazing treatment. Highly recommend!
I have also had reflexology treatments with Tracey and again, absolutely wonderful.
I will definitely be returning for more treatments as she is makes you feel at ease and so relaxed.

I was absolutely blown away after my first EFT session with Tracey. I couldn’t believe the emotion that before our flight. I couldn’t believe the difference… he didn’t need to hold my hand for the entire flight, was comfortable to walk around the cabin and was so relaxed compared to previous flights. Thank you Tracey, you’re poured out of me and within seconds!!! Tracey is a wonderful, empathetic and supportive therapist. She is completely invested in helping me through my healing journey. Tracey also saw my 9 year old for EFT to help him with his fear of flying. She tapped into the route of his anxiety, helped him to process and start to release his fear. I was sent away with guidance to keep working with him in the days incredible!!!

I recently had a session of EFT with Tracey and found it very beneficial. The whole experience was very calming and I have felt an emotional shift from feelings of anger to a more positive state of mind. I would recommend Tracey 100%.

I have been visiting Tracey for several years for reflexology treatments. Apart from the treatments, which are fantastic, Tracey is a mine of information on all things holistic. For those cynics out there – try reflexology. When I have had blocked sinuses I have felt them clear during treatment of ‘that area’ of my foot.
